Frequently Asked Questions Please check this list before sending us an email. "I need to modify my ad, but I don't remember my ad number." Your ad number is sent to you in an email that confirms every ad your post. If you deleted this email, search for your ad in the category where you posted it. When you find it, the Ad Number is on the left side of the ad, next to the Date Posted. When you're searching, your name and home town are good search arguments to try from the Advanced Search Menu. "I forgot my username and password. What do I do now?" Just go through the different menus as if you were logging on normally, until you get to the logon panel that asks for your name and password. The Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? links on the logon panel allow you to email your username or password to yourself securely. "Why do my ads keep getting deleted?" TG Personals does not allow explicit or suggestive photos to be posted. We do this for legal reasons, but also to maintain the atmosphere of the site. There are many other adult personals site out there, and we would like to differentiate our site from the rest. A good rule of thumb is to show your face, and not your ass, or anything else you would not expose in public. If you are not posting any photos, but your ads keep getting deleted, please email webmaster@tgpersonals.com and include the ad number in your note. See the previous topic for help determining your ad number. "How can I replace my photo with a new one?" Whenever you upload a photo for your ad, it automatically replaces any existing photo. Logon through the Edit Ads menu and select Add Photo to upload a new photo for your ad. You'll need to know your ad number. See the first topic for help determining the number.
